How does our system work?
Step 1 – Select Products
Use our app to select the products you want to return. You can return all products within 14 days or file a complaint under specific conditions.
Step 2 – Get Package Label
After completing the payment via our payment system and its confirmation (in the case of a return), or after the complaint has been accepted, you will receive a return label. Print it and attach it to the package.
Step 3 – Send Package!
Everything is ready! Securely pack your items, attach the label, and drop off the package at your nearest shipping point.
